Who are you?
Hi and welcome to TD Clothing! We sell Vintage and Designer clothing and we we're only established in 2023. However, we are always constantly evolving and improving to give you the best service and a wide selection of items which will be a great addition to your wardrobe.
Can I sell my clothing to you?
Yes you can sell your clothing to us and please check our selling page for more information. We want to take the stress and hassle away from you when selling on apps, marketplaces and auctions.
How long does shipping take?
UK shipping will take 2 to 4 business days and will be sent with a tracked royal mail service. International orders will take 3 to 17 business days and be sent with a tracked service. (We are a UK based company and customs charges may occur).
What is the condition of your items?
All of our items are preloved and secondhand so may show minor signs of wear and tear however faults and any defects will be pictured and mentioned in the description. We do carefully inspect each item individually to ensure you receive an item in good and wearable condition and help give an item a new life.
Are all items authentic?
All of our items are checked for authenticity to make sure you are receiving the brands you love.
How do I know if an item will fit me?
We accurately measure each item individually and the measurements can be found in the description. We recommend comparing the measurements of the item to something similar you own to make sure the item will fit you.
Can I return my item?
Yes we have a easy and simple 30 day return policy on all orders.
All items can be returned for a refund provided they arrive back at our address within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Items returned after that period will not be eligible for a refund and we will return the goods back to sender. Please note, we can only refund the original cost of the item.
All items will be inspected when the items arrive back. They must be unused, still tagged and in the same condition you received them in.
Once we have received the returned item, a refund will be processed. Refunds may take up to 5 working days to process as standard.
Please send all returns using a tracked service as we are not responsible for lost items.
How often do you list new items?
We list new items everyday so please check our collection constantly to find new amazing items. Make sure you don't miss out as we sell lots of one off and unique items and once they are gone, they are gone!
